What listing packages are available?
We offer three listing packages:
Essential Listing ($999 one-time fee): Ideal for experienced sellers needing MLS exposure. Includes listing on your local MLS, syndication to major real estate websites, yard sign, MLS compliance review, comparative market analysis, and more.
Assisted Seller ($1,499 one-time fee): Includes all features of the Essential Listing plus dedicated licensed agent support, agreement of sale review, and assistance with completing standard forms.
Virtual Full-Service (1% of sale price, paid at closing): Includes all features of the Assisted Seller package plus a licensed agent managing the entire transaction virtually, including offer negotiation, inspection response, appraisal review, and closing document review.
